Literature Text

I hold the collapse of your will
and tend to the blackness that you spill
cold miserable, enfolding, and visible
I scream along with your pain

keeping my breath apart from your name
I do not wish you to do the same
I long for the words
that have always been unheard

Enliven me once more, for you that I adore!
Unfold your arms from that darkened abyss
Leave traces that I won't soon miss

That I may reflect upon the torn embrace
For part of me is still walking hand in hand alongside you

I am down, I am down on my knees. I am still searching, can't you see?
There is nothing left, but still I bleed.
Stolen in a moment from my blissful reprieve.

It has all been so easy without you
A hapless endeavor until I met you
My lifeblood only pulses in anticipation
At the possibility of a stark reunion

Please come to life, once again
Please return and fulfill my dismay
Each turning day so merciless and narrow
This is the only path, I have come to this realization at last.

Violently entering my mind, as if to save me from this nightmare
Am I the one that is truly gone, without hope to be returned?
Keep me fighting, don't let me lose this desire.

Tearing into my sound departure,
You uplift my veins from their mournful slumber.
Must I stay alive or join you at your side?
While I ponder in an absolute haze,
I feel the warmth of your unforgotten face.
As you guide my hand, I silently meet my end.

These following moments cannot become more clear
I am sorry my love...
For ever choosing to stay

Let us remain here, for the rest of our days
Everlasting
